She spent the first half of her life making safe choices, but eventually these comfortable choices left her feeling stuck. Valerie says that once she started making tougher decisions, that’s when the real fun in her life began.

When she was a kid, Valerie was on the quieter side and always stayed inside her comfort zone. As an adult, she worked as a social worker helping at risk youths for many years. Eventually she felt like she was no longer making a difference and her work was becoming emotionally draining. It was at this point that she started life coaching on the side.

As a life coach, Valerie offers very individualized plans for all of her clients. Most of her clients consist of people who are feeling stuck in their careers and want to make a change. These people are limited by their fears and feel like they are not living their best selves. Valerie helps them to overcome these fears so that they can live the life they want.
